The Strength Project

This is a 5-week 4-day program suitable for anyone wanting to increase their strength to a whole new level. Designed with athletes of any sport in mind, the goal of this program is to increase your overall strength whilst simultaneously building muscle and athleticism. This isn’t your typical strength program that only includes compound movements. Using scientifically backed principles, this program will guide you through everything from your warm-up including mobility and coordination-based exercises, into a central nervous system stimulator done pre-workout which includes plyometrics, jumps and med-ball work to build athleticism, whilst also including strength and accessory work as well as resilience exercises targeted towards key injury prone areas. This product comes as a downloadable PDF which includes linked videos for a clear understanding on how to complete each movement. After competition of this program, you will have gained muscle and feel stronger than ever. In addition to this, you will you move better and have more resilient muscles and tendons.

 

Typically completed in 1h-1h 20mins, the structure of this program is as follows:

  1. Warm-up focusing on mobility of key joints used through the workout
  2.  Central Nervous System stimulation through plyometrics, jumps, sprints or medball work
  3. Key lifts for the day e.g. squat, bench, deadlift or their derivatives
  4. Accessory work focused on hypertrophy
  5. Resilient work focusing on building strength and capacity in key injury prone areas.
