This is a 5-week 4-day program suitable for anyone wanting to increase their power and athleticism to a whole new level. Designed with athletes in mind, the goal of this program is to make you the most powerful athlete you can be whilst also developing some strength and hypertrophy. Power is the one of the most important traits in sports performance as it allows you to apply large amounts of force in short of amounts of time, think actions like sprinting, jumping, throwing, striking and change of direction. Using scientifically backed principles, this program will guide you through everything from your warm-up including mobility and coordination-based exercises, into a central nervous system stimulator done pre-workout which includes plyometrics, jumps and med-ball work to build athleticism, whilst also including strength/power and accessory work as well as resilience exercises targeted towards key injury prone areas.
